A Day without a plan or an agenda!

We are becoming partial to a 'drifting' style of life here.  As we slow down a bit we also tend to pick up energy in unexpected ways.  The result is that we try not to plan too much and just let things happen.  It is wonderfully irresponsible!

Today we knew that it might be cloudy in the morning so we slept in a bit.  We made it down to breakfast around 9:15.......and probably hung out until a little past 10.  Blair was excited because Jeff's covid test this morning only had a very faint pink line.  I am not sure we shared the excitement, but she is convinced he will be back in circulation tomorrow.  He is now sitting at a separate table during meals.  We have had a couple of distant 'chats'  with him and totally sympathize with his predicament and bad luck........but not to the point of taking any chances.

We are also trying to navigate around Jack and Kay, who both seem to be a bit under the weather with some aches and pains.  This is quite an unusual lifestyle!  Maybe an abundance of alcohol will kill all the germs!

The morning was pleasant and uneventful and time was spent 'interpreting' the bountiful morning glories growing here.

I hate to risk a 'jinx' here, but today is the 14th day of our trip and we have seen sunshine every day.  While there have been days that might have had a few cloudy starts.......the days have all ended up with sun at some point.  Today was a great example, with clouds until just before noon, then sun the rest of the day.  We cannot complain! so fortunate!

You can almost smell the creeping rosemary!
